Every third Saturday of the month Maegan Lopez and Sterling Johnson continue this new Mission Garden tradition of talks and demonstrations about O'odham Agriculture. This talk will focus on processing 60-day corn and the O'odham "ha:l" squash, its progress and when it will be harvested. This is a great collaboration between Mission Garden and Ajo Center for Sustainable Agriculture. These presentations happen in the O'odham Ramada, adjacent to the O'odham Garden.
