This month, we are celebrating corn! Corn is the world’s most important food source. Readily cross-pollinating, and adapting to different climates and conditions, it has given rise to immense diversity. At Mission Garden, we grow heritage varieties, including chapalote, Guarijío Red, and O’odham 60-day corn. Read more about corn in Mission Garden.
